Why is this so difficult to solve?
Overpopulation is a difficult problem to solve because of the enormous gap in education and the priorities of different countries. While some, usually more developed, countries understand the threat posed by overpopulation, not every country does. It is difficult to have all the countries in the world all on the same page together and work towards a common goal. With so many differences between different countries in their past, it will be hard to get some to agree to work towards a solution. Hopefully, the points made about overpopulation can cross the minds of other countries and have them hopefully be more understanding and more willing to work towards a better solution.
